Returns


We prepared an extensive manual to guide you through our streamlined returns process. 

In order to return an item you must do the following:

  1. Visit out returns centre at https://returns.aftership.com/shopbestowly.com
  2. Have your email and order number ready and click the start return button
  3. From there you will be guided on how to process a return
  4. Your return will be reviewed and either approved or declined

If you are unable to access the page for whatever the reason, you can email our customer support line at support@shopbestowly.com

In that email please use the following format:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Email/Phone
  • Return Reason
  • Products to be Returned
  • Address displayed on package

In order for a return to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is returned within 14 (calendar) days of purchasing
  • The item is in perfect re-saleable condition
  • The item must not be damaged (due to your mishandling)
  • The item was damaged (due to manufacturer fault)
  • The item was incorrect/wrong
  • The item never arrived (allow up to 5 weeks)
  • The item was different to the image
